Mike Rubino is a brass/music adjudicator and retired music educator who directed the Live Oak High School marching band in Morgan Hill, California, to the championship of the first Marching Bands of America National Championship in 1976 and two national titles overall, retiring after 33 years in the Morgan Hill Unified School District. He has been the Drum Corps International Pacific region judges' coordinator since 1995 and serves as an adjudicator for Bands of America and DCI, including as Chief Judge for the Drum Corps at the Rose Bowl (2022) and DCI West (2023), judging across the nation and in Japan.
