Michael Brady Tarr is a visual adjudicator with over thirty years of experience consulting, designing, teaching, and leading visual programs for top drum corps including the Boston Crusaders, Cavaliers, Santa Clara Vanguard, Bluecoats, and Glassmen. He joined the Bluecoats as a visual instructor in 2001 and became their visual coordinator, directing the corps' overall visual package. In high demand as an adjudicator and clinician worldwide, he has served in the Visual Proficiency and General Effect captions at DCI World Championships.
