Christine Dillon is a color guard and visual adjudicator for Bands of America/Music for All, Drum Corps International, Winter Guard International, and numerous regional circuits, judging the Color Guard, General Effect, Visual Analysis, and Ensemble Visual captions. A marching-arts designer, technician, and instructor for decades, she served for five years as Instructor Education Administrator of WGASC, overseeing classification and instructor education for more than 350 programs, and authored the 'Guard' byline for Halftime Magazine for five years. She holds a BA in Education and an MA in Cross-Cultural Studies & Education and has been an elementary school teacher for more than 23 years.
