About
Brandon Spidel is a color guard and general-effect adjudicator from Indianapolis who has been involved in the pageantry arts since 1989 as a performer, instructor, clinician, and designer. He aged out of DCI as a euphonium player in 1996, earned a Bachelor of Science in Music Education from Indiana State University, and has been an Indiana band director since 1998. He judges the General Effect caption for Winter Guard International (since 2024) and is an adjudicator for Drum Corps International, Bands of America, and various color guard and marching band circuits.
