About
Apollo Marching Theatre is Alabama's DCI SoundSport team and a program of Hiraeth Communal. The ensemble accepts all band instruments, has no upper age limit, and rehearses weekly in the Huntsville area. Its 2026 schedule includes DCI Northern Alabama, DCI Birmingham, and the SoundSport International Music & Food Festival in Indianapolis, positioning Apollo as an accessible marching-theatre ensemble for performers who want a regional SoundSport experience.
